This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of the sales process for the associated CT portfolio (products and services), managing opportunities from lead generation to contract/order finalization.
• Establish and cultivate a trust-based relationship with (clinical) customers to enhance both short-term and long-term business value for Philips, grounded in a thorough understanding of customer needs.
• Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and demonstrations of the related portfolio (products and services) along with the value proposition.
• Manage relationships with portfolio-specific Key Opinion Leaders and other pertinent stakeholders at the accounts.
• Create customer quotes and handle customer tender requirement documents.
• Assist in business/cluster-related campaigns, introduction of products and services, and end-of-life programs in the market.
• Define and implement business policy, pricing strategy, and product mix for the region, adhering to established business strategy guidelines.
• Offer insights and contributions towards the business strategy.
• Meet business objectives to ensure proper order intake and profitable sales realization.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly business forecasts through effective lead and opportunity management in Philips CRM system (Salesforce.com).
• Identify opportunities for long-term and/or performance-based partnerships.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a Commercial/Sales Role within the healthcare sector, ideally possessing a clinical background in Radiology.
• Proficiency in both English and a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
• Strong experience in developing and executing Marketing Plans and the ability to define and implement commercial Marketing strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of domain-specific products, services, and solutions.
• In-depth (clinical) understanding of the specific domain.
• Experience in applying the LEAN methodology.
• Strong networking skills at relevant levels and within expert groups.
• Knowledgeable in building and optimizing configurations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden and the Nordic countries.
• Field roles are most effectively conducted outside of the company’s main facilities, typically at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
