This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer legal and strategic counsel to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and regulate Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Pursue, manage, and develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate, prepare, and submit applications for visas and work permits.
• Independently uphold and monitor immigration law, ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory updates while managing internal documentation.
• Effectively manage escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, identify solutions, and guide stakeholders toward timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Manage case statuses efficiently by utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Leverage immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses when handling complex client cases.
• Be a collaborative team member capable of working independently and taking responsibility for daily tasks.
• Actively enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar positions, with an emphasis on immigration.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and the typical processes required for ensuring compliance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Capability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workloads.
• Experience in the tech industry or within a rapidly growing and scaling organization is highly regarded.
• A flexible and adaptable team player who can smoothly adjust to changing priorities or processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience, with a strong focus on communication skills and engaging effectively with diverse client groups.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is an advantage.
• Must possess fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Exhibits strong automation capabilities and fluency in AI technologies.
