This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offer legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Develop, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and implement in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Independently oversee and keep updated on immigration law, ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory changes while managing internal documentation.
• Effectively manage escalations, assess when a senior-level review is necessary, determine solutions, and assist stakeholders in achieving timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Manage case statuses by utilizing case management and billing systems effectively.
• Leverage immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Be a collaborative team member capable of working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Actively seek to enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, with a particular emphasis on immigration.
• A thorough understanding of immigration procedures and the typical processes necessary for ensuring compliance.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, ensuring high performance during peak workload periods.
• Experience within the technology sector or a company that is rapidly growing and scaling is highly preferred.
• A flexible and adaptable team player who can adjust to shifting priorities or changing processes seamlessly.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is advantageous.
• Must possess fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong capabilities in automation and AI, demonstrating fluency with AI technologies.
