Mobility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development, support, and enhancement of Free2move’s mobility operations within California.

• Take ownership of the long-term growth path for the Fleet on Demand business segment in your designated area.

• Identify and establish new operator partnerships to broaden the FOD inventory acquisition.

• Act as the representative for Free2move FOD in key commercial discussions with major rental groups, smaller rental agencies, and B2B fleet operators.

• Oversee the acquisition and onboarding of new license partners in your region.

• Promote the adoption and sales of Vehicle-as-a-Service (VaaS) products.

• Provide training and coaching on operational procedures, rental best practices, and Free2move systems to dealership and operator personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent commercial experience).

• A solid background in car rental operations, fleet management, mobility services, or dealership network development.

• A strong sales orientation, commercial insight, and demonstrated skills in negotiation and partnership building.

• Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and enhance operational performance.

• A high degree of autonomy, organizational skills, and capability for long-term planning.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and various digital tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
