This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Accountable for collecting hardware, software, and service requirements from both new and existing customers to design and document mobile solutions.
β’ Collaborate closely with the sales team to offer technical guidance and structure solutions.
β’ Create and document effective and precise deployment processes.
β’ Formulate and document efficient and accurate support procedures.
β’ Educate others on deployment processes, troubleshooting techniques, and problem diagnosis.
β’ Aid in the deployment and configuration of customer orders.
β’ Stay informed about current or future processes of the organization and its customers.
β’ Manage the queue for all incoming requests and address them as necessary.
β’ Oversee and uphold customer SLAs while ensuring quality standards are met.
β’ Attain proficiency in the tools necessary to support customer environments and their requests.
β’ Participate in an on-call support rotation (including after hours and weekends).
β’ A solid background in customer service and troubleshooting (4-7 years of experience).
