This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop, qualify, and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Establish global process and equipment standards, implementing them across Aero Alliance factories in collaboration with local factory technical leaders.
• Validate engineering specifications and the application of new processes on the shop floor.
• Create and execute strategies for reliability improvement utilizing industry best practices such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives focused on minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing quality processes.
• Educate local factory manufacturing engineers to strengthen their knowledge in processes and equipment.
• Lead investigations into failures and recurring issues, determining root causes and applying effective corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Over 7 years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• More than 5 years in a technical role (such as manufacturing engineer) with proficiency in Coating, Cleaning, Waterjet, and Shot peening.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and quality processes.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.
• Proven project management skills and experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Participants can engage in the Variable-AIP annual bonus plan offering a target incentive of 15% of the individual’s annual base salary based on the achievement of key business metrics and personal performance.
