This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage all MEP systems on-site with competence and confidence, including MV/LV Electrical isolations and operations.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements and deliver clear technical reports as needed.
• Ensure that service visits from Specialist Vendors are conducted efficiently, with quality assurance checks performed and communicated to the Integral Supervisor.
• This involves reviewing supplier RAMS before visits and addressing any concerns that arise.
• Actively engage in Health and Safety compliance activities, including Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and consistently attending scheduled Toolbox Talks.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for ordering M&E components needed for remedial or corrective actions.
• Take responsibility for sites managed by Integral, ensuring they meet and are maintained to the required show site standards.
• Complete elogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring acknowledgment and completion within the SLA.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with mobile engineers, Helpdesk, contract administration, and the Contract Delivery Manager through all available communication methods, including face-to-face, phone calls, text messages, Teams chat, and email.
• Must be available for overtime work.
• Must be available for the Out Of Hours Call Out rota after successfully completing the probationary period.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services environments.
• Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in servicing FCUs.
• C&G Pts. 1 & 2, or a qualification that is equivalent or higher.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to achieve the 18th Edition through further training if currently holding the 17th Edition).
• Understanding and/or proficiency in Simmtronic lighting control systems.
• Skills in emergency lighting testing, fault reporting, and fault finding.
• Experience using elogbooks CAFM system or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff.
• Proactive in striving for the highest operational standards.
• Strong IT skills, including a proficient understanding of email communication with colleagues and clients as necessary.
• Ability to maintain composure and clarity under pressure, while delivering the required services to clients within specified timeframes.
• Uniform provided.

• Overtime pay at x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends.
