Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout Utrecht to meet customers at their locations

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs

• Utilize Cowboy’s diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues

• Provide a smooth, friendly, and efficient repair experience

• Act as the face of the brand in the city for Cowboy

• Follow up as necessary to ensure the rider is back on the road

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in or around Utrecht

• Enjoy hands-on work and solving technical challenges

• Be customer-focused, communicative, and dependable

• A strong passion for bikes, e-mobility, or technology is a significant advantage

• Comfortable working independently and while on the move

• No prior experience is necessary — training will be provided

• Must have freelance or self-employed status

• Proficiency in Dutch and English
