Mobile Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the Tailscale product by working on client code and backend services.

• Place a particular emphasis on our mobile platforms, iOS and Android, while also contributing to shared code that supports macOS, Windows, and other essential client platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong comprehension of software development principles, along with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Go is preferred.

• Familiarity with general networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, IP Networking, routing, etc.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback, with the ability to work independently.

• Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
