Mobile Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the Tailscale product by working on client code and backend services.

• Focus on enhancing our mobile platforms, specifically iOS and Android, while also contributing to shared code that supports macOS, Windows, and other essential client platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong knowledge of software development principles, along with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Go is a plus.

• Familiarity with general networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, IP networking, routing, etc.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, as well as the capability to work independently.

• Adaptability to the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.
