This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Ensure the accurate collection, labeling, storage, and transportation of samples.
• Adhere to CLIA regulations for patient identification.
• Acquire appropriate samples through venipuncture and/or fingerstick procedures.
• Maintain accurate labeling and documentation for all samples collected.
• Follow safety protocols during the sample collection process.
• Comply with Universal Precautions and OSHA Standards.
• Keep daily records of collections performed.
• Notify the Phlebotomy Supervisor of any notable changes in collection volumes.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
• Phlebotomy Certificate (verification of certification is required upon hiring).
• Proficient in computer and technology use.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
