Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• You will be tasked with targeting brokers, builders, financial planners, and other influential individuals who can generate referrals.

• You will receive training focused on sales that will enhance your selling capabilities and deepen your understanding of lending.

• Your sales manager is dedicated to your success and will collaborate closely with you, including participating in sales calls and conducting monthly coaching sessions.

• You will utilize a sales management system specifically designed to support your achievements within our sales channel.

• An independent and self-motivated professional with a talent for cultivating new business relationships in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Someone possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management skills.

• Ideally, a candidate with knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process.
