Mobile Identities Project Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans for the full delivery of mobile identity solutions, detailing timelines, resource distribution, and essential deliverables.

• Supervise the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that the scope, budget, and schedule align with organizational objectives.

• Identify and address risks to guarantee timely and successful project completion.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments (e.g., technology, product, security, compliance) to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all mobile identity-related initiatives, ensuring transparent communication with internal teams, senior management, and external partners.

• Provide stakeholders with regular updates regarding project status, risks, and potential challenges.

• Manage relationships with End-Customers and Purchasing Customers, including monitoring NPS scores.

• Assist Customers with renewal inquiries and deliver monthly business reviews on renewals and acceleration.

• Develop and oversee monthly campaigns for acceleration and renewal.

• Ensure the delivery of mobile identity services, including biometric authentication, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure digital identity verification processes.

• Confirm that mobile identity solutions are designed and implemented in a secure, scalable, and user-friendly manner.

• Monitor the performance of deployed mobile identity solutions using specified metrics such as user adoption, authentication success rates, and security incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Preferred certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

• Over 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on mobile technology or digital identity solutions.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on schedule and within budget.

• Experience in managing mobile identity projects, including mobile authentication, digital verification, and identity management platforms.

• Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android) and identity-related technologies such as biometrics, MFA, and OAuth.

• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge of security protocols and standards related to mobile identity (e.g., FIDO, SAML, OpenID).
