Mobile, Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of our React Native mobile application, taking charge of its architecture, performance, and code quality.

• Design, develop, and implement features across both the frontend and backend stacks.

• Establish and enhance offline-first functionalities to facilitate field operations in areas with limited connectivity.

• Participate in architectural discussions, ensuring the system is scalable and maintainable for the long term.

• Create and optimize database schemas utilizing PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.

• Produce clean, testable code and perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally within an Agile framework to deliver impactful features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in React and React Native, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.

• Strong foundation in Node.js and Express.js.

• Demonstrated experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, particularly Drizzle ORM.

• Capability to design and build scalable RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of web security best practices, including Helmet, CORS, and JWT.

• Excellent communication skills, able to connect technical and non-technical teams effectively.

• Self-motivated and versatile, with a solution-focused approach and a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with offline-first methodologies and data synchronization techniques (e.g., IndexedDB).

• Comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum settings.
