This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develop and deliver mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms.

• Design straightforward mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform intricate journeys into functional mobile products.

• Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, loading states, errors, and production challenges.

• Enhance app performance, reliability, crash rates, and overall user experience.

• Facilitate rapid product launches, experiments, and iterations throughout mobile journeys.

• Assist in establishing high standards for mobile product quality across the application.

• A minimum of 3 years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both.

• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Swift programming languages.

• Proven track record of shipping production apps utilized by actual users.

• Strong product intuition and keen attention to mobile user experience.

• Capable of working with APIs, analytics, crash logs, and production feedback effectively.

• Quick, pragmatic, and comfortable managing tasks with minimal supervision.

• App links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work are highly regarded.
