This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

• Develop and deploy mobile functionalities for Android and/or iOS platforms.

• Design straightforward mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform intricate journeys into user-friendly mobile applications.

• Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, loading states, errors, and issues in production.

• Enhance app performance, reliability, crash rates, and overall user experience.

• Facilitate rapid product launches, experiments, and iterations across mobile experiences.

• Assist in establishing high-quality standards for mobile products throughout the application.

• Over 3 years of experience in mobile development for Android, iOS, or both.

• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Swift.

• Proven track record of delivering production apps utilized by actual users.

• Strong product intuition and focus on mobile user experience.

• Capable of working with APIs, analytics, crash logs, and user feedback from production.

• Quick, pragmatic, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal guidance.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of previous work is a significant advantage.

• English is the primary language of communication across our global teams, necessitating strong English communication skills.
