• Develop and deliver Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile flows are secure, stable, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, responsiveness, and memory consumption.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they truly enhance the user journey.

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and proven experience in delivering production applications.

• Familiarity with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
