AI Engineer – Workday Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in operationalizing AI and machine learning solutions

• Collaborate closely with and learn from senior engineers

• Aid in the integration of AI models into production environments

• Work in partnership with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams

• Provide robust, scalable AI solutions that enhance our Workday product suite

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry

• Fundamental experience in software development

• Proficient in Python or a similar programming language such as Java or C++

• Some familiarity with deploying or supporting AI/ML models

• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and data privacy principles

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

• Developing skills in data engineering

• Some experience with agile software development methodologies

• Strong interpersonal skills
