
Mobile Crisis Clinician – Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver prompt crisis assessment and intervention through phone, video, or in-person methods.
• Perform Zero Suicide screenings and conduct risk evaluations.
• Make clinically informed decisions to stabilize individuals and connect them with suitable services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to coordinate care.
• Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and ensure compliance with agency and state regulations.
• Engage in supervision and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel regionally is required; a hybrid work model with office-based shifts is necessary.
• High School/GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health is required if the highest level of education obtained is a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in DSM-V is necessary.
• A valid driver's license along with agency-specified minimum automobile coverage is required.
• Access to reliable transportation is essential.
• A MO Substance Use credential (CRADC or CADC) is required if high school is the highest level of education achieved.
• Preferred qualifications include PLPC, LMSW, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.
