Mobile App Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Carry out designated mobile application testing scenarios.

• Adhere to comprehensive testing protocols and procedures.

• Capture your smartphone screen while executing test cases.

• Detect and log any irregular app behavior.

• Submit screen recordings along with succinct testing reports.

• Clearly and accurately communicate issues in English.

• Complete tasks within the specified project timelines.

• Undertake roughly one testing assignment weekly, requiring about 30 minutes of work per task and submission within 1 to 2 business days.

• Assess a financial management mobile app from an end-user standpoint in real-world scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active personal bank account with a financial institution operating in Austria.

• Must be prepared to log into the application using your personal bank account during testing.

• Must have a smartphone that runs on iOS 18 or later, or Android 7 or later.

• Must have an active mobile phone number registered in Austria.

• Comfortable comprehending written English instructions and adhering to English-language testing protocols.

• Comfortable drafting brief testing reports in English.

• Comfortable installing and utilizing mobile applications.

• Comfortable following detailed step-by-step guidance.

• Comfortable identifying unexpected behaviors in mobile apps.

• Comfortable recording your smartphone screen.

• Comfortable submitting reports accurately and punctually.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Own a smartphone device.

• Quiet workspace suitable for independent work.

• Ability to complete assignments within the designated timeframe.

• No prior experience in software testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or mobile application testing is necessary.
