MLR Vault Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing tasks within the MLR Platform of Veeva Vault PromoMats and Veeva Vault Medical.

• Responsible for creating placeholders, uploading versions, reference linking, anchoring, and linking.

• Oversee workflows and task completion.

• Collaborate in an international, cross-functional setting while adhering to global and local guidelines.

• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee high asset quality.

• Generate new placeholders, upload MLR content, and upload reference documents.

• Dispatch reference documents for quality control and link reference documents appropriately.

• Initiate and supervise QC workflows, communicating task progress to users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant background in Scientific, Medical, or Data Analysis is preferred.

• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Medcomms is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed activities.

• Proficiency in both oral and written English.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.

• Values teamwork, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and innovation.

• Prior experience in content creation for Biotech/Pharma is preferred.

• Prior experience with the Pharmaceutical Content Review process and/or Veeva Vault is preferred.
