This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Function Leadership: You establish, document, and enhance Power Digital’s MLR operations methodology, setting the benchmarks and workflows that dictate how regulated content is reviewed.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: You create, manage, and nurture a small operations team, which includes offshore executors, balancing capacity with demand while coaching for quality, speed, and compliance accuracy.
• Veeva PromoMats Ownership: You are responsible for the Veeva Vault PromoMats environment, overseeing claims library architecture, modular content strategy, reference stewardship, 2253 submission packaging, and its integration with creative and media workflows.
• Client & Stakeholder Leadership: You act as the primary operational partner to clients’ medical, legal, and regulatory teams, directing review-process alignment and safeguarding launch timelines across the portfolio.
• Apply AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Other relevant or related tasks as assigned.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional operations, including a background in establishing or scaling an MLR or promotional review function.
• Extensive Veeva Vault PromoMats expertise at the administrative level (configuration, workflows, claims library design, modular content).
• Experience in people leadership, including managing or mentoring direct reports and/or offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202, covering fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness rules, and 2253 filing.
• Demonstrated success in reducing review cycle times and enhancing content throughput at scale.
• Comfortable leading direct process discussions with client medical, legal, and regulatory leadership.
• Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, agency-side pharmaceutical experience, or experience in developing offshore or managed-services delivery models.
