MLOps Engineer, AI Platform Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and confirm competencies and learning objectives for the MLOps / AI Platform Engineer pathway.

• Ensure the technical precision of instructional slide content that addresses ML pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

• Evaluate asynchronous assets, including prompt-alongs and self-paced exercises, for technical accuracy and suitable difficulty for the target audience (experienced customer-facing professionals, not engineers).

• Engage in one structured SME review gate (approximately 1 week, early June).

• Deliver a single round of revision feedback for the LED to incorporate prior to QA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software or data engineering, with at least 3 years in MLOps or ML platform positions within production environments.

• Practical experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and governance at scale.

• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles as they relate to ML workloads.

• Proficient in Python, with a foundational knowledge of data engineering and fluency in Azure cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Azure ML, AI Foundry platform engineering patterns, and model lifecycle management.

• Minimum certifications: AZ-900, AI-900, and DP-100; AI-102 preferred.

• Previous experience as an AI Platform or Azure ML engineer with Microsoft, Google, or a similar organization is highly advantageous.
