Mission Finding Support, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to a supervisory level within the Finding Support Center.

• Develop technology-driven solutions to enhance the production of advertising campaigns.

• Adhere to software development design standards and take ownership of the code produced.

• Analyze advertising, key performance indicators, and routing reports using Tableau to uncover global finding improvement opportunities.

• Distill complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Provide mission feedback to product managers and developers.

• Support the worldwide implementation of technology solutions.

• Create spreadsheets and processes to evaluate the outputs, outcomes, and impact of the Finding Support Center.

• Lead systems ideation, development, and implementation.

• Resolve technology-related issues.

• Aid in the continuous training and development of Mission Finding Specialists and Supervisors.

• Utilize programming languages to create technology solutions within the Microsoft platform.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Returned missionary.

• One year of relevant work experience.

• Experience in data-driven decision making.

• Proficient in using social media for missionary work.

• Capable of effectively planning time while independently managing and collaborating on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Background in training.

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Experience in software development, particularly with Python and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint.

• Excellent written, virtual, and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, innovative, and committed to continual learning.

• Proactive, organized, and attentive to detail.

• Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as sitting for extended periods and using monitors/equipment.

• Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

• Preferred: Prior or current experience in the Finding Support Center.

• Preferred: Knowledge of best practices in direct response marketing.

• Preferred: Experience serving as a mission social media leader or referral secretary.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Functions and Power Automate.

• Preferred: Background in software development.

• Preferred: Experience with technology-based solutions.
