Mission Finding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance Meta advertising campaigns by utilizing downstream metrics, amplifying effective ads, and discontinuing those that underperform.

• Collaborate with missions to design and release high-intent advertisements and influence creative choices based on performance analytics.

• Identify and resolve backend and frontend referral contact issues to boost contact success rates.

• Connect and validate lead flows into the Preach My Gospel App (previously known as the Area Book App).

• Assist referral secretaries and social media leaders in improving the execution and consistency of referral responses across missions.

• Work alongside team members to guarantee prompt and high-quality support across various missions.

• Facilitate weekly planning sessions and report on key insights, priorities, and changes in performance.

• Strong analytical abilities; capable of distilling complex information into concise takeaways.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced settings.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.

• Adept with Messenger, Whatsapp, Zoom, and various online communication platforms.

• Proven experience in training and instructional capabilities.

• Effective in planning and reaching goals as specified in *Preach My Gospel* chapter 8.

• Completed full-time missionary service.

• Holds and maintains a current temple recommend.

• Must consistently work 20 hours per week.

• When taking personal leave, should not exceed 10 consecutive business days away from work.

• **Preferred (Not Required)**

• Experience in publishing and optimizing advertisements using Meta Ads Manager.

• Background as a social media leader, referral secretary, or in a similar missionary social media capacity.

• Knowledge of direct-response marketing best practices.

• Strong academic performance or progress towards a bachelor's degree.

• Creative portfolio showcasing video, photo, design, etc.
