Ministry Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Ministry Plans - 40%

• Collaborate with Ministry Directors to formulate operational plans for implementing the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan across Latin American nations

• Supervise local contractors in Latin America, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and authority

• Conduct visits to Latin America, as required by the Ministry Director, to evaluate ministry activities

• Monitor long-term and annual budgets for both Latin America and the Middle East

• Generate ministry reports for Latin America and the Middle East to assist Marketing, Communication, and Development efforts

• Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to establish a social media strategy for Latin America

• Identify and recommend suitable international partners that align with ministry goals and strategies

• Develop, document, and enhance all ministry protocols for the Latin American region

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of ministry data and key performance indicators for Latin America and the Middle East

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed post-secondary education in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position with a proven history of success

• Experience working with diverse cultures is preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Christian ministry or the non-profit sector is essential

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Personable, organized, and adept at multi-tasking

• Experience in report writing and storytelling is ideal

• Proven experience in developing and implementing plans, programs, and projects

• Committed Christian actively engaged in a local church

• Willingness to speak publicly and address groups
