Military Operations Executive Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic consultant to the Army Navy Group EVP and the market leadership team to support growth initiatives and organizational objectives.

• Review and enhance organizational strategic plans within key defense sectors.

• Provide guidance on significant force design initiatives, mission integration, technology modernization, and achieving operational excellence in software, cybersecurity, logistics, and acquisitions.

• Promote collaboration with senior leaders, acquisition authorities, and external organizations to further mission goals and strategic alliances.

• Analyze and improve portfolio and growth strategies, suggesting enhancements and expansion possibilities.

• Review current contracts and advocate for best-in-class contracting methods.

• Assist in business development activities, including unsolicited proposals, to broaden organizational offerings and secure new projects.

• Examine funding sources and distribution processes.

• Counsel on emerging technologies that align with service priorities to enhance organizational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A TS/SCI clearance is required.

• Proven expertise in enterprise-level strategic planning and evaluation.

• Experience in managing portfolios and optimizing growth strategies.

• Expertise in business development and operational turnaround.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

• Capability to foster collaboration with senior leaders, acquisition authorities, and external stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 15 years of relevant experience is required.
