Migration Project Manager – Internal Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in the migration projects of the G.I. systems for our partner accounting firms.

• Create comprehensive project plans that outline schedules and necessary resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee efficient project execution.

• Recognize potential project risks and devise strategies for mitigation.

• Aid in the development of informational materials for firms and other teams at Pennylane.

• Discover opportunities for enhancement in migration processes and optimize them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in accounting, project management, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in project management, ideally within the accounting or finance sectors.

• Familiarity with accounting management systems and project management software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: strong drafting capabilities, client-focused mindset, and persuasive abilities.

• Strong capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize project demands.

• Proficiency in English.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with comfort in engaging with various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is advantageous.
