Mid/Senior Sales Representative, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, promote, and distribute Hematology products to healthcare professionals by implementing marketing strategies and messages that align with market needs.

• Continuously assess the dynamics of primary accounts within the Territory, including private hospitals, public hospitals, budgeted/contracted institutions, and clinics.

• Analyze the company’s key performance indicators relative to the objectives set for the Territory using monthly and weekly reports to create and execute a Tactical Plan aimed at achieving sales targets while maintaining and expanding current sales.

• Propose additional actions to the Tactical Plan in response to any changes in the market landscape.

• Schedule visits through weekly or monthly appointments targeted at the Territory’s key physicians, as defined by the company’s potential classification, to ensure optimal effectiveness in plan coverage.

• Update physician records to guarantee the inclusion of high-potential healthcare professionals.

• Develop and uphold a high level of technical and scientific knowledge regarding the product and its indications, as well as the business and market you operate within.

• Stay informed about new competitors, publications, updates on studies and scientific articles, and emerging therapeutic practices among your clients; identify trends and adapt them to the realities and needs of your business.

• Plan and execute promotional events aimed at enhancing the technical and scientific knowledge of the physicians in your panel concerning the product’s key data.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Key Opinion Leaders) to ensure excellence in your work and establish yourself as the institutional reference for the region.

• Completed university degree (mandatory) and postgraduate education (preferred).

• Resilience and adaptability to manage unexpected events throughout the day.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify challenges and opportunities in your region, proposing and implementing effective solutions.

• Proficient execution of field activities, demonstrating proactivity, empathy, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Market awareness with the capability to propose innovative solutions.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and practical in approach.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of the public and private healthcare sectors.

• Experience or knowledge in Onco-Hematology is essential.
