Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop scalable full-stack applications from the ground up

• Construct and uphold backend services utilizing Python and FastAPI

• Design modern frontend user interfaces with React

• Work closely with the CTO on technical decisions and product strategy

• Design and execute AI-driven workflows and LLM integrations

• Investigate, test, and implement new AI technologies to enhance product functionalities

• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

• Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance enhancements

• Engage in rapid product iterations and technical validations

• Convert business and product requirements into technical solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic startup environment

• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best development practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Full-stack Software Development

• Proficiency in Python backend development

• Experience in building frontend applications using JavaScript/React

• Familiarity with designing and utilizing REST APIs

• Interest in or practical experience with LLMs, AI tools, or AI-driven products

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

• Capability to work independently and take charge of technical decisions

• Comfort in working with early-stage products that have changing requirements

• A collaborative mindset coupled with excellent communication skills
