This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services within AWS cloud environments, adhering to best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Advance and innovate microservices architectures and RESTful API integrations to facilitate distributed systems.
• Build, test, and deploy applications primarily using TypeScript and JavaScript, with Python as a secondary language.
• Implement automation, orchestration, and integration layers utilizing Hyperscript to enhance workflows and system interactions.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other engineering teams to establish technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance enhancement, and compliance with development standards.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application and infrastructure challenges in cloud-based settings.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement concerning software architecture, development methodologies, and cloud operations.
• Document solutions, integrations, and technical decisions to aid maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with middle and senior technical stakeholders during architecture discussions, incident resolution, and solution design reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and leadership.
• Extensive experience in AWS cloud environments, including application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design and integration.
• Professional experience in developing applications using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Python as a secondary programming language.
• Experience with Hyperscript for automation, orchestration, and integration layers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and cloud-native development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
