Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements and focus on our established AI characters (proprietary IPs).

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, prioritizing storytelling, ambiance, and visual consistency throughout.

• Take ownership of and manage the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Engage deeply with ComfyUI pipelines, designing, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video creation.

• Employ tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced methodologies.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final products.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing insights with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead’s creative vision while retaining a significant degree of independence in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio (AI-driven video projects are essential).

• Demonstrated experience with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the creation and management of intricate node-based workflows.

• Strong expertise in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging alternatives).

• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, encompassing prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient with traditional software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and finishing touches.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership—capable of taking concepts from inception to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset—comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles—able to test, fail, refine, and improve swiftly.
