Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-rich, longform video content, incorporating both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with an emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency throughout.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, creating, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video generation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to generate high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold a consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives using advanced methodologies.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate closely with your Content Lead’s creative vision while retaining a significant degree of independence in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, accompanied by a strong portfolio (experience with AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated proficiency with ComfyUI (required), including the creation and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Strong expertise in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (Advanced prompting, utilization of trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging solutions).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software for final assembly and refinement.

• Solid grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — capable of taking concepts from inception to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — adept at testing, failing, refining, and improving rapidly.
