Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-rich, longform video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from concept and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, creating, customizing, and refining node-based workflows for image and video generation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and various AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character design, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives through advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to provide cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead to align with creative direction while enjoying a high level of autonomy in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio, particularly showcasing AI-driven video work.

• Demonstrated experience with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the development and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Strong expertise in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation workflows, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency in AI-generated content across sequences.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Strong sense of ownership, capable of taking projects from concept to completion independently.

• An experimental mindset, comfortable with navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles, able to test, fail, refine, and improve promptly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated, always exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.

• Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
