Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to the current production requirements, focusing on our existing AI characters (intellectual properties).

• Produce longform video content that is narrative-driven, featuring stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, while emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines by creating, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video generation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to generate high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold consistent character appearances, styles, and scene continuity throughout longer narratives using advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to ensure cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows while sharing expertise with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead to align with their creative vision, while exercising a significant degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio (experience with AI-driven video work is essential).

• Proven expertise in ComfyUI (mandatory), including the ability to build and manage complex node-based workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refinement, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High sense of ownership — able to independently take ideas from concept to completion.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and enhance rapidly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — continuously exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.
