Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements and focus on our proprietary AI characters (intellectual properties).

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, incorporating both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.

• Take full ownership of AI video production processes, managing everything from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, creating, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for generating images and videos.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and maintain consistent character aesthetics, styles, and scene continuity across extended narratives by employing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to ensure cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows while sharing skills with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead’s creative vision while exercising a high level of autonomy in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, accompanied by a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the construction and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (including advanced prompting, handling trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging technologies).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Experience with traditional software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and enhancement.

• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High sense of ownership — capable of driving ideas from concept to completion autonomously.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and enhance rapidly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — continuously exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.

• Receptive to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.
