📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-rich, long-form video content that includes both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, ambiance, and visual consistency throughout.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from concept creation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, constructing, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video creation.

• Employ tools like Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold consistent character design, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Align with the creative direction set by your Content Lead while retaining a significant level of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (experience in AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the development and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Strong command of Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, encompassing prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and finishing touches.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High degree of ownership — capable of taking ideas from concept to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable with navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and enhance rapidly.
