Middleware Support Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administration and operation of middleware environments, including Application Servers, Integration Servers, and Web Servers;

• Carry out application deployments in accordance with approved procedures and designated change windows;

• Monitor environments, analyze alerts, and aid in the identification and resolution of incidents;

• Perform operational tasks, such as starting/stopping services, conducting post-deployment validations, and analyzing logs;

• Provide initial problem analysis support and escalate issues when necessary;

• Engage in change requests (GMUDs) following established change processes and internal controls;

• Maintain current technical documentation, including procedures and playbooks;

• Collaborate with internal development and infrastructure teams, as well as vendors, on middleware-related tasks;

• Adhere to best practices for ensuring the security, stability, and availability of environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in progress or completed in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;

• Fundamental knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server;

• Familiarity with application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, or WebLogic;

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and HTTP/HTTPS;

• Capability to read and conduct initial analysis of application logs;

• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
