Middle to Senior Python Developer – Risks & Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Make decisions regarding the architecture for the product's backend.

• Design and develop the backend while also writing tests.

• Oversee the seamless operation of production.

• Evaluate performance and optimize as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial development experience (including hands-on coding independently, even without AI tools).

• Strong expertise in Python 3.x and Django.

• Experience in designing and developing complex, highly-loaded systems.

• In-depth understanding of general programming concepts: design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Native or fluent proficiency in the Russian language.

• Upper intermediate or intermediate proficiency in the English language.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, along with an understanding of their key characteristics.

• Experience in iGaming, KYC, compliance, or other regulated sectors.
