Middle Strong/Senior Full-Stack Developer, .Net, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop backend services utilizing ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC + Razor, while adhering to SOLID principles, implementing dependency injection, and utilizing layered architectures.

• Create dependable workflows leveraging Temporal.

• Utilize Redis for purposes such as caching, session storage, pub/sub, and managing distributed locks.

• Oversee frontend architecture involving React + TypeScript, Module Federation (host/remotes), and RsPack for bundling and optimization.

• Ensure the implementation of CI/CD processes, containerization, Kubernetes deployment strategies, and observability through logging, tracing, and metrics.

• Promote testing methodologies including unit, integration, and E2E testing; conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

• Address production incidents by tuning performance (SQL and frontend), resolving memory leaks, and managing scaling challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core.

• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and ASP.NET Core MVC.

• Proven experience working with MS SQL Server in a production environment.

• Familiarity with Dapper.

• Practical knowledge of Keycloak (or equivalent) along with a solid understanding of OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, cookie security, CORS, and CSRF mitigation techniques.

• Experience with Redis for caching and distributed coordination.

• Strong background in React + TypeScript (including hooks, Suspense, and patterns for large applications).

• Proficiency in unit and integration testing for .NET and frontend applications; experience with E2E testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.

• Knowledge of logging, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), metrics, and alerting systems.

• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.

• Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Temporal (or similar): designing idempotent activities, managing child workflows, and implementing error handling and retries.

• In-depth experience with SQL Server high availability and performance optimization tools.

• Familiarity with monorepo tooling and package management (pnpm, Yarn Workspaces, Nx).

• Understanding of accessibility, internationalization (i18n), and enterprise security/compliance.

• Previous experience in designing governance for micro-frontends and runtime orchestration.

• Knowledge of Telerik Reporting.
