This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• You will work with incoming hot leads: advising clients, assisting them in selecting a course that aligns with their goals, and guiding them towards a purchasing decision.
• Maintain communication with the existing client database, focus on repeat sales, and propose relevant educational products based on client needs.
• Interact with a large number of leads and clients at various stages of the sales funnel.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in B2C sales.
• You are capable of handling a high volume of leads and calls.
• You possess sales techniques (SPIN or others).
• You can manage objections and guide the client to a decision.
• You have a passion for sales and thrive on results.
• You systematically organize your work and prioritize tasks effectively.
• You take responsibility for your own results.
• You learn quickly and adapt to new information.
• You are proficient in using CRM systems and messengers.
• **An advantage:**
• Experience in EdTech;
• Knowledge of English or other languages at a B2 level or higher.
