Middle QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing throughout the entire product lifecycle, encompassing development, validation, and release stages.

• Create, implement, and maintain test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Assume complete responsibility for the QA process, ensuring consistent product quality across all releases.

• Validate and approve releases independently, ensuring platform stability and readiness for deployment.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with the development team for timely resolution.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and enhance product quality.

• Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience as a Manual QA Engineer.

• Strong practical experience throughout the complete product lifecycle in Agile settings.

• Extensive knowledge in manual testing, covering functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and principles of test automation.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of testing processes and making independent release decisions.

• Proficient in test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work in cross-functional teams.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
