Middle Python Backend Engineer – Virtual Agent AI Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Co-design scalable and effective backend systems utilizing Python.

• Collaborate closely on a daily basis with the AI Operations team to deliver integrated solutions that connect frontend components in proofs of concept, product components, and customer-facing products, all within a modern cloud-native infrastructure platform.

• Work together with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, backend and frontend engineers, and AI Engineers, to provide high-quality backend solutions that drive impactful features.

• Maintain high standards for code quality and security, emphasizing automated testing and Domain-Driven Design.

• Engage in API design, implementation, and documentation for both internal APIs and those accessible to third-party integrators.

• Stay informed about evolving standards to recommend and propose upgrade plans.

• Your contributions will aid in the development and optimization of innovative CCaaS tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant backend development experience.

• Extensive practical experience with Python and CI/CD tools.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures for asynchronous and real-time environments.

• Strong foundation in testing methodologies and design best practices.

• Self-sufficient and capable of independently addressing challenges.

• Inquisitive and proactive, regularly suggesting enhancements.

• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
