Middle Product Designer – Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development and optimization of UX/UI solutions for web funnels and quizzes;

• Generation of hypotheses and preparation of designs for A/B tests in collaboration with the product and analytics teams;

• Analysis of user behavior, test results, and product metrics to enhance UX and conversion rates;

• Improvement of existing UI design for web funnels, content development, and advancement of the design system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Designer role: you can transform business requirements into effective design solutions that enhance metrics;

• Proficient use of Figma for creating prototypes, interfaces, and working with design systems;

• Experience with A/B testing, rapid iterations, and data-driven decision-making;

• Understanding of product and growth metrics: conversion rate, funnel completion rate, checkout conversion rate, average order value;

• Ability to justify design decisions based on the problem, user behavior, metrics, and business objectives;

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: product, marketing, analytics, and development.
