This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Managing the employee lifecycle: Onboarding, Adaptation, Probation/Performance, Termination, PP check-ins, and Internal transfers.
• Administration of HR processes within HR systems (HiBob, Jira).
• Facilitating communication between employees and management to address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in regular HR-related practices (1:1 meetings, surveys, feedback, etc.) to derive valuable insights and development plans.
• Engaging with employees to understand their needs, concerns, and requests, while providing appropriate support in line with the role.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a People Partner/HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
• A strong sense of responsibility and an ownership mindset.
• Critical and analytical thinking skills, systematic approach, high emotional intelligence, ability to balance independent and teamwork, and task prioritization.
• Capability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and find effective solutions.
• Proficiency in building partnerships with employees and colleagues.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Understanding of HR metrics and practical experience in utilizing them (preferred but not essential).
