Middle Manual QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and propose enhancements to QA procedures for various projects/products.

• Collaborate and coordinate with QA specialists across different initiatives.

• Establish priorities, evaluate tests, and synchronize QA operations.

• Manage Automation and Performance testing efforts.

• Partner closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Engage in product launches and assess testing requirements.

• Actively participate in product testing during critical situations.

• Manage QA competencies, skills, and ongoing development.

• Identify skill gaps and strategize training and educational programs.

• Facilitate onboarding for new team members.

• Manage testing risk effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge and practical application of testing techniques, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the bug/story life-cycle.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an upper-intermediate level.

• Preferred: Practical experience with Jenkins or other Continuous Integration (CI) build systems (build, deploy, run tests).

• Experience with version control systems, specifically GIT.

• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
