Middle Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and refine essential product features across the entire tech stack.

• Assume responsibility for features assigned to you — overseeing them from implementation to production deployment and subsequent iterations.

• Create responsive and accessible user interfaces utilizing TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and established design frameworks.

• Collaborate with backend services and APIs, integrating frontend functionality with scalable systems.

• Actively engage in code reviews and help uphold high engineering standards.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance production systems within a high-traffic environment.

• Early and clear communication of blockers, risks, and progress is essential.

• Work collaboratively with Product and the engineering team to facilitate rapid, iterative delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical, hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications in a production environment.

• Demonstrated experience with React and Next.js, including at least 1 year of working with the Next.js App Router in production.

• Strong understanding of TypeScript and contemporary frontend design patterns.

• Proven track record of independently shipping features — from clear requirements to production deployment.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, including foundational query optimization and data modeling skills.

• Familiarity with caching strategies and performance considerations (Redis or similar technologies).

• High proficiency in Git, Docker, and modern development workflows.

• Comfortable utilizing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments (AWS, Cloudflare).

• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and using analytics to guide decision-making.
