Middle Contract Lawyer, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and modify a diverse array of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements.

• Analyze and tailor non-standard contracts received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties.

• Ensure compliance of contracts with relevant laws and regulations, specifically focusing on UK jurisdiction.

• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks while offering practical recommendations to stakeholders.

• Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to secure commercially advantageous outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with business, sales, operations, finance, and management teams on contractual issues.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.

• Develop and enhance contract templates, clause libraries, and internal legal processes.

• Conduct legal research on contractual and commercial law matters across various jurisdictions.

• Maintain precise contract records and ensure effective document management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or in a similar capacity.

• Strong experience with UK commercial contracts and familiarity with UK legal frameworks.

• Experience in supporting contracts across multiple jurisdictions.

• Proven ability to review and negotiate both standard and highly customized agreements.

• Experience in managing B2B commercial contracts within international business contexts.

• Solid understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and principles of legal compliance.

• Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
