Middle AI Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and create applications and services powered by AI using Python.

• Develop and sustain scalable distributed systems and applications that handle high loads.

• Create AI agents, RAG solutions, and integrations based on MCP.

• Utilize technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, STT, TTS, and other relevant AI tools.

• Architect solutions for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

• Produce architecture diagrams, workflow descriptions, and relevant technical documentation.

• Implement communication solutions utilizing WebSocket, WebRTC, HTTP, polling, and similar protocols.

• Collaborate with clients to gather their needs, present solutions, and conduct demonstrations.

• Engage in task estimation, planning, and the design of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python.

• Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectural frameworks.

• Strong grasp of distributed systems, system design, and serverless architectures.

• Experience with message brokers and systems designed for high loads.

• Practical experience with MCP, AI agents, and RAG.

• Proficiency in using LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, and other AI-related SDKs.

• Understanding of data workflows, machine learning workflows, and principles for selecting databases.

• Capability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

• Experience in client communication and working with business requirements.

• Background in task decomposition and project estimation.
