This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.
• Design and create intelligent agents utilizing Python and the Autogen framework (or similar frameworks).
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to incorporate LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google into multi-agent workflows.
• Develop and uphold cloud-native applications and services on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Establish robust APIs and connect them with both external and internal systems.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage logic using SQL, NoSQL, columnar, and vector databases.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and maintainability following clean architecture principles.
• Contribute to the orchestration logic of agents, tool integrations, and interaction flows.
• Collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure alignment of implementation with architectural vision.
• Write tests, maintain documentation, and engage in code reviews.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development, including async programming with asyncio and concurrency patterns.
• Practical experience with LLM agent frameworks, particularly Microsoft AutoGen, or alternatives like LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong understanding of at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of web development and modern API design, such as FastAPI or Flask, including asynchronous API design.
• Good experience with SQL, including PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts, including inference pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores.
• Familiarity with containerized development using Docker and cloud deployment methodologies.
• Solid experience with Git workflows and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
• Nice-to-have: experience in developing multi-agent systems and orchestration.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to RAG and vector search technologies, such as FAISS or Weaviate.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with streaming data, event-driven architecture, or message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kinesis, or SQS.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Nice-to-have: experience with DevOps tools and infrastructure as code solutions, such as Terraform or Helm.
